Our Story
Hi, I'm Natalie, the founder of Trauma Safe.
I'm originally from Leeds, Yorkshire, and I've worked within the cleaning industry for over 10 years, both here in the UK and abroad, including time spent working as a cleaner in Portugal.
Over the years, I've learned that cleaning isn't always just about the property. Sometimes, you're walking into someone's home during one of the most difficult or overwhelming periods of their life.
That's why I created Trauma Safe.
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect, regardless of their circumstances. I offer a completely non-judgemental, discreet and professional service, with the understanding that asking for help isn't always easy.
Whatever situation I walk into, my focus is on helping you move forward and making the process feel as comfortable and manageable as possible.
